In the early 2000s, the vibrant tapestry of Venice Beach served as the backdrop for an intriguing artistic journey. Between 2001 and 2003, I meticulously chronicled my first hundred painting sales, a testament to both personal achievement and the eclectic spirit of this iconic locale. The journey began with the sale of the eleventh painting on the bustling boardwalk in November 2001 and culminated with the hundredth sale on April 22, 2003.

This unique artwork not only lists these pivotal sales but also whimsically includes details about print sales, buyers’ origins, and their occupations. Completed in 2004, this piece captures the essence of an artist’s evolving narrative amidst Venice Beach’s ever-changing cultural landscape.
